Do I have to use Loanology.Net all of the time?
No you are not required to us Loanolgy.Net on every loan.  In fact, your clients sign a Disclosure Statement letting them know they are not obligated to use you to obtain home loan financing.  You should use any lender you think can get the best loan program for your client’s unique situation.  However, according to the Independent Contractor’s agreement you cannot work with an other mortgage company for a fee or commission.

What states are you licensed in?
We are licensed in 18 states.  You can originate loans for your clients in any of the following states

Is it safe to transmit personal and financial information over the Internet?
Loanology.Net is serious about safeguarding your personal information online. Loanology.Net uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt personal information such as User Ids, Passwords, and client application information over the internet.

Information you provide via electronic forms on the Loanology.Net website is secure and encrypted.   You may check that your web session is secure by looking for a small lock symbol usually located in the lower corner of your web browser window. Current versions of leading web browsers indicate when a web page is encrypted for transmission through this symbol. You may also look for the letters "https://" at the beginning of your website URL in your web browser. The "s" means that the web connection is secure.

How do you safeguard information?
